Sisters with a Passion to Help Seniors and Their Families
Senior Tender Love and Care is a dedicated home care and senior advisory provider committed to delivering exceptional care and information to those in need. Our goal is to enhance the lives of our seniors and their families by providing comfort, support, and dignity. Two sisters started Senior TLC after watching their grandparents and parents struggle to understand, find, and receive care and information to meet their needs. They made it their mission to understand more about senior care, needs, and what resources are available. Having experienced it first- hand, they have been in your shoes and can empathize with your situation. They chose the name Senior TLC because they believe that seniors and their families need to feel TLC in their lives and know they are not alone.
The sisters are unique in that one is a registered nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience including home care and hospice. She understands the care being provided and medical terminology that is confusing to seniors and loved ones. The other worked in multiple assisted living and memory care facilities for 15 years. She has intimate knowledge of the struggles seniors and families go through. Both have grandparents and parents who have received home care, assisted living, and hospice services – so they are very familiar with how challenging the process can be. Both have a passion to help seniors and their families and cannot wait to help you, too!

Amanda Sedlik is the owner and operator of Senior TLC. She is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Amanda has always had a love for the elderly and enjoys caring for them. Her grandfather had Alzheimer’s and mother-in-law required home care before being placed in hospice. After struggling with her own family’s healthcare experiences, she made it her goal to help seniors through care and consulting. She cares deeply for the seniors and families that Senior TLC helps and wants them to know there is someone there to advocate and listen. Amanda brings extensive healthcare knowledge from both professional and personal aspects. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Dementia Specialist (CDS).

Owner & Operator
Brenda Sedlik is a director and operator alongside her sister-in-law, Amanda. She worked in memory care and assisted living settings for 15 years. Her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lived in a nursing home. Her mother has had multiple strokes and requires rehab and care along with being in facilities. Brenda is very aware of what a family goes through trying to find the right care and struggling to understand care and decisions. She is committed to helping seniors and their loved ones find the right care at the right time and ensuring they do not have to go through the process alone. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Certified Dementia Specialist (CDS).
